FORM Tooling
We specialize in manufacturing custom cutting tools according to your design specifications.​Our team can assist with tool design using your product print to help in manufacturing. We accept prints via email, fax, or phone call – whichever is most convenient for you.
CNC Grinding
We are equipped with four tool and cutter grinder machines to restore your end mills to their former condition. Our team thoroughly reconditions each end mill, ensuring that the flute depth and clearance angles are restored to their original condition.
Tool Sharpening
Tool sharpening restores dull tools to original sharpness, enhancing machining performance and product quality. We use precision grinding to regrind cutting edges, extending tool lifespan and efficiency.
Laser Etching
As a standard practice for carbide tooling and specials, we laser etch the customer’s name and a brief description of the tool. This has been a valuable addition for our customers, especially when they need to place the specials on the shop floor.
